Candidates will have a desire to create a lasting positive impact on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals.What You Get to Do:Work a reliable schedule
Monday – Friday, 30+ hours per weekAssist persons served to direct the course of their own lives, develop, and maintain relationships, and participate in their communities.Assist individuals with planning and achieving goals.Assist with direct care and support with daily activities, such as mealtime and personal cares.Plan various activities, outings, and workshops, to improve life skills and help build independence.What Makes You a Great Fit:Previous experience working with persons with disabilitiesValid driver's licenseAbility to drive company van21 years or olderAble to lift/transfer 50 lbsPerson-centered, patient, and kindDependable, adaptable, flexibleObservant and detail-orientedPositive role-model for others and able to work on a teamCommitted to creating a respectful and collaborative environmentAble to communicate information and ideas so others will understandDungarvin believes that diversity and inclusion make our organization stronger.
