We help forward-thinking clients solve problems and improve operations.ProSidian seeks a Foreign Aid / Technical Assistance Grants Consultant (GMA1) [Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located: CONUS/OCONUS - Washington, DC [Remote - with focus on MCA's in Senegal | Mozambique | Morocco | Cote d'Ivoire | Kosovo | Lesotho | Indonesia | and Zambia] to provide Foreign Aid / Foreign Technical Assistance Sector related Management And Operations Solutions for Grants Management Consulting Services on behalf of The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).JOB OVERVIEWProvide Foreign Aid / Foreign Technical Assistance Sector-related Management And Operations Solutions for Grants Management Consulting Services on behalf of The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The overall focus is enhancing the mission to provide services, support, and technical assistance for building and strengthening institutions that promote economic growth, open markets, and increased living standards in select countries.The ProSidian Grants Management and Operations Expert seconded to MCC shall provide technical support to assist MCC's partner countries in implementing the MCC Program Grants Guidelines (PGG), develop and modify related templates and training manuals, and help MCAs supervise their implementation in select countries.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESThe Grants Consultant will assist the Program Acquisition & Assistance (PAA) Practice Group Lead Sector Director (PLSD/Contract Officer's Representative (COR) or delegate (Project Monitor [PM]) and will provide the following advisory services:Review the PGG to incorporate best practices in grant making and other assistance instruments in the marketplace.Assist leadership in developing grants management policies and operating guidelines.Assist leadership in ensuring compliance with MCC and government-wide administrative requirements.Provide strategic advice and hands-on support to members of the PAA Practice Group on all matters related to grants issued under a Compact or Threshold program.Develop and conduct Grant training for Millennium Challenge Accounts (MCAs) and their grantees.Develop tools and templates for the Grants Toolkit.Perform any other Grants related activity as instructed by the COR/PM.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 years of Grant-related experience or a Master's degree from an accredited university and 3 years of Grant-related experience.Demonstrated experience implementing or managing multi-million-dollar Grant Programs in developing countries.Skills RequiredAbility to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen.CORE COMPETENCIESTeamwork:
