ProSidian Seeks a Education Grant Policy Consultant (AER10) [Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located: CONUS - Atlanta, GA, San Francisco, CA, Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, Washington D.C. (Remote) to provide Education and Academia Sector related Management And Operations Solutions for Logistical Support for Adult Education Reform Services on behalf of The Department of Education (DoEd).JOB OVERVIEWServes as an Education Grant Policy Consultant and work as a part of a team to provide Facilitation and Logistical Support for Adult Education Reform to the Department of Education Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) | Division of Adult Education and Literacy (DAEL). The purpose of this task order is to provide subject matter expertise and logistical support to the Department of Education for the production of policy-related materials and a variety of meetings.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESResponsibilities:Provide expert advice and guidance on education grant policy and related issuesMonitor grant opportunities and trends in education fundingAnalyze complex grant policies and make recommendations for improvementDevelop and implement grant solutions to address education challengesCollaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective grant strategiesConduct research and analysis on education grant policy and related issuesPrepare reports, briefings, and presentations on education grant policy topicsQualificationsDesired Qualifications For Education Grant Policy Consultant (AER10) | Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates:A Master's degree in Education Policy, Public Policy, or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in education grant policy, with a deep understanding of the grant application and review processesExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience in grant development and implementationKnowledge of education grant policy issues at the federal, state, and local levelsEEO STATEMENT:
