Functional Tester/AnalystOn behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Functional Tester/Analyst for a contract opportunity in Seattle, WA.Job Details
Guide and lead efforts to research and perform analysis of complex processes, applications, systems and data to understand and document functional requirements for applications or systems design.Be the prime contact to work with business representatives and technical teams to clarify and refine requirements.Interprets and translates requirements into functional and technical specifications, standards and processes.Develop and execute tests to validate system and application functionality.Document, validate and research problems and issues.Perform automated testing.Create and publish end user training.Assist and mentor junior members of the technical team.Mandatory Skills
Strong technical skills with experience in requirement/use-case gathering and documentationStrong background in testing and automated test development9+ years of experience in software engineering as a functional/business analystKnowledge of data, system and application modeling techniquesKnowledge of Relational Database models, Structured Query Language (SQL) and database conceptsWorking knowledge of Agile Software Development Lifecycle practicesAble to manage detail consistently and with high-quality resultsAbility to partner with other IT and business resources to resolve technical issuesStart Date
