to learn more.The JobThis role will partner with senior leadership on the development and implementation of Ambercycle’s strategy as it relates to our key customer account. This includes creating annual operating plans and guiding department heads toward making decisions that maximize achievement of operational goals. In this role, you will utilize your expertise and knowledge to develop, implement, and communicate strategy, create execution plans, gather data on the effectiveness of these strategies, and continually iterate and refine. You will help improve daily functions, build processes based on business goals, and measure the efficiency of these processes.What You'll DoLead strategic implementation for rollout of circular material integration service within Ambercycle's key customer account.Drive forward main and sub projects in advance of commercialization, corresponding with key stakeholders on customer side as well as value chain partners.Develop weekly project status reports for customer on key milestones with a solution-oriented focus.Monitor and manage supply chain operations and logistics as they relate to the key account.Troubleshoot scaleup issues and derive strategic solutions to alleviate supply chain integration concerns.Coordination and planning of activities, deep dive sessions with sub-brands of key parent company account.Ability to use analytical skills to support processing of business data from client and derive solutions.Collaborate cross functionally at Ambercycle to deliver cohesive scaleup status reports to customer.Communicate clearly, promptly, with a high level of customer service focus.Develop and establish frequent reporting on key milestones within Ambercycle to communicate positive development to customer.Assess account needs and identify gaps, working closely with key sales account manager to incorporate their direct feedback.Provide training, support, and ensure successful adoption and integration of circular materials.Identify potential risks in the project implementation and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.4+ years of experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.4+ years of relevant experience in devising and implementing business strategies, incorporating quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and effective communication.2+ years of experience with the supply chain process to support client business goals.Preferred QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.Knowledge and experience in the textile industry, specifically within Asia preferred.Strong business acumen and understanding of complex business systems, processes, and data analysis.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging various audiences and presenting information across different mediums.Ability to lead long-term strategic initiatives with minimal guidance.Strong attention to detail and superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet competing deadlines.Highly professional with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and align cross-functionally.Ability to independently manage problems, develop solutions, and make proactive decisions.Adaptable to changing work demands, comfortable managing ambiguity, and evolving priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Google Sheets.Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, proactive, self-starter capable of operating independently with minimal daily direction.Experience working with or managing teams in consulting, analytics, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or operations.Previous experience in a high-growth company is preferred.Growth mindset, strong desire to learn quickly and contribute to an industry-defining company.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Pet InsuranceUnlimited PTO401(k)Healthy snacks & beveragesLunch Provided in office on Fridays$150,000 - $190,000 a yearPOSITION IS FULLY ONSITE IN THE WEST ADAMS NEIGHBORHOOD OF LOS ANGELES, CAAmbercycle is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with Ambercycle is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.
