The Job
This role will build a close partnership with our top customer account and drive the successful implementation of our circular material integration service in addition to strategic growth opportunities.
What You'll DoBuild a highly effective working relationship with stakeholders across the key customer account to ensure we're mutually able to achieve our commercial, operational, and financial objectives.Successfully lead and implement the rollout of our circular material integration service.Map out a clear implementation and operating plan to which all parties will align.Coordinate and communicate with key account members, value chain partners, and cross-functional team members across Ambercycle.Monitor the movement of Ambercycle product in collaboration with our internal supply chain team, across all supply chain partners, including manufacturing, logistics, and consistent quality control.Quickly identify any blockers or issues and proactively troubleshoot, ensuring that the right parties are brought into the conversation to drive the best possible outcomes.Own verbal and written weekly status reports and meetings, including analyzing and interpreting data and performance-related metrics for dissemination.Actively manage and track the partnership budget.Develop and implement strategies to streamline the transition to the new raw material, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Closely monitor activity and performance across competition and trends within the industry to build deep expertise.Proactively brainstorm, explore, and drive conversations related to commercial growth and expansion across the account and internally with Ambercycle stakeholders.Build trust in our product and service at the account level and at the larger parent company level by demonstrating its value, reliability, and alignment with the company's goals.Gain approval for new strategic initiatives and projects and leverage project management skills for effective implementation.Continually revisit and engage in conversations with key account stakeholders to stay relevant and top-of-mind, ensuring ongoing alignment and responsiveness while expanding your network across the key customer account to drive a successful partnership.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.2+ years in enterprise-level account management, directly managing the growth, retention, and overall success of major $10M+ revenue relationships.2+ years of experience with the supply chain process to support client business goals; managing the successful transition of new raw materials, maintaining quality and lead times is a plus.3+ years of hands-on experience in project management and / or leading the coordination with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.Ability to travel every other month to Europe to visit key customer and other travel as required.Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.Knowledge and experience in the textile industry, within Asia preferred.Strong business acumen and understanding of complex business systems, processes, and data analysis.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging various audiences and presenting information across different mediums.Ability to lead long-term strategic initiatives with minimal guidance.Strong attention to detail and superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet competing deadlines.Highly professional with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and align cross-functionally.Ability to independently manage problems, develop solutions, and make proactive decisions.Adaptable to changing work demands, comfortable managing ambiguity, and evolving priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Google Sheets.Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, proactive, self-starter capable of operating independently with minimal daily direction.Experience working with or managing teams in consulting, analytics, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or operations.Previous experience in a high-growth company is preferred.Growth mindset, strong desire to learn quickly and contribute to an industry-defining company.Benefits
