We are seeking a passionate Full-Stack Engineer to help build and iterate on a product that users love. In this role, you'll play a key part in scaling the platform rapidly, with the potential to grow into a Head of Product position as the company aims to increase its monthly GMV from $350k to $3.5M.
TasksTasks
Rapidly build and ship high-quality products, ensuring a delightful user experience.
Collaborate closely with the product team and other engineers to execute our product roadmap.
Take ownership of the end-to-end design and implementation of features, from development to testing and release.
Lead development across all recruiter, client, and candidate-facing aspects of our product.
Drive both product and growth initiatives through your engineering work.
RequirementsRequirements
2+ years of full-stack development experience, with a passion for building products from the ground up.
A product-minded approach with a deep care for the customer experience and business outcomes.
High attention to detail in design and interaction to create seamless and enjoyable user experiences.
Experience working in early-stage startups or a strong inclination for tinkering and building products independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A collaborative team player with immense drive and passion for your work.
Bonus: Prior experience in the talent and recruiting space.
