Bachelor's DegreeRequired Technical and Professional Experience:At least 2 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementationAt least 2 years experience in business processes including analysis and requirements gatheringAt least 2 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / Human ResourcesAt least 2 years experience in deploying HCM SaaS software solutions (i.e., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)Certified in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in Compensation or BenefitsAnticipating certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in Compensation or Benefits within 30 daysIn this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients. As such, travel to client sites may be required, up to 4 days per week.
