My Client is seeking a Director of Sales Training who will not only create Sales Training Programs but also Leadership Development Programs.Qualifications
The Successful Candidate must have:Developed and managed a Sales Training Program from the bottom up.A Bachelor's degree in organizational development, learning and development or related field, from an accredited college/university.8+ years of hands-on Instructional Design/e-learning program development experience.5+ years of experience managing a team.3+ years of sales training that includes training both Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.3+ years of B2B sales experience required.Strong background in facilitation and instructional design.
