Lead in the development of Press Releases & NewslettersLead in the development of Latiné Marketing Material for clients, shows, film, and content.Lead the recruitment of corporate clientsDevelop strategy to brand the company, merchandise, and eventsBe part of the Sales team to identify, cultivate, and develop leads through the business development life-cycleRoutine maintenance of CRM database (i.e. Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)Work with Senior Leaders and Project Managers to develop strategiesEnsure project goals align with the Company’s Strategic Campaign PlanAttend weekly conference calls, monthly, and quarterly meetingsLead and coordinate promotion of eventsLead our increasing social media following (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)Lead and assist with the recruitment of interns, contractors, freelancers, and key employees
