7+ years of Instructional Design experienceStrong background in multimedia developmentExpert in the below tools:Camtasia Studio 9Lectora 16 or 17Captivate 8 or 9Photoshop CC / Snagit 13Proficient in the below tools:ExcelWordPowerPointWebExJive (preferred but not required)Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective learning solutionsProfessional writing skills, including writing effective instructional text, audio scripts, and video scriptsProfessional communication skillsDetail orientedHas strong graphic design skillsMust be self-managed and able to respond quicklySome understanding of technical customer services activities, software development, and Cloud solutions (preferred but not required)Interview SMEs for input goals, outcomes, objectives, format, content, etc.Create a scenario-based course using various media incorporated into Lectora including:Demos/VideosChecklistsAnimated segmentsKnowledge Checks/ValidationActivities/tasks for students to complete using a test environment based upon their roleConduct course pilot, including incorporating appropriate feedbackProvide instructions for maintaining/making updates to the deliverable
