Global Director, Vaccine Assay Development (Virology & Bacteriology)
to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in

If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.You will be leading a team of Assay/Method Development professionals, partnering with executive and global leadership to establish strategy, and ensuring implementation to drive achievement of annual objectives and long-term success.What you’ll be doing :Implementing policy and strategy for short-term results.Serving as technical lead and point of contact for clients.Leading complex technical projects on a global scale.Hiring, onboarding, and managing team performance.Ensuring effective resourcing to meet client and budgetary expectations.Setting goals and objectives for team members for operational and strategic results.Driving innovation and developing new products, processes, standards, or operational plans.Monitoring utilization patterns of services and advising on industry trends.What We Are Looking For :Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.10 years of related experience in method or assay development.5 years of line management experience.Strong knowledge of drug metabolism and biotransformation concepts and experimental techniques.Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role :Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure quality performance.We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
