Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement review.

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment for new revenue streams, customer contracts, and business initiatives.

Collaborate with external auditors to support the annual audit process and address any audit inquiries or findings.

Review and streamline accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Stay current with accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

3-5 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

CPA or experience working for a public accounting firm is a plus.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience. ($90,000 - $110,000)
