Director of Revenue Cycle Management needed for a large hospital organization in beautiful SE Texas. Candidates must have a BS in Accounting or Finance, with 10+ years of strong Revenue Cycle Management leadership in a general acute care setting. Must have strong accomplishments and a steady work history, with at least 6+ years of Director experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
Responsibilities include:
Providing strategic leadership for all revenue cycle processes and being responsible for billing, collection, and coding policies, processes, and performance.
Ensuring customer needs are prioritized and practices are modified to maximize customer satisfaction and optimal reimbursement.
Interacting with clinical departments to ensure goals are achieved and issues are addressed promptly, resulting in department satisfaction and optimal resolution of accounts receivable.
Developing a solid and communicative relationship with the Director of the SBO to coordinate efforts in resolving patient, practice, or provider issues.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Vice President.
