We value the positive impact our business brings to the communities we serve and are looking for a candidate to join our team that has the same outlook on customer service.Daytime Hours - Monday through Friday - Occasional Weekends if neededJob Responsibilities:Deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services. Create and maintain promoters (raving fans) of clients.Complete all necessary administrative work to ensure safety of all branch personnel.Maintain a close business relationship with top 20% of clients.Record in CRM daily activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.Pursue and maintain preferred vendor status with clients.Be knowledgeable in all products carried and educate customers on products that service their needs. Identify helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and services.Adaptable to provide executive-level and service-level sales presentations.May maintain and replenish consignment products for customers.Occasionally deliver product and pick up used batteries. Assist in loading and unloading process.Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions and compile accurate reports.Ensure positive relationships are maintained while ensuring timely collection of payment for all orders.Coordinate regularly with supervisor to achieve targeted sales objectives.Provide sales reports.May be required to train other personnel/prospects.Maintain accurate inventory of all products in the branch, including following FIFO practices for customer shipments.Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products needed for customer orders are acquired for the branch in a timely fashion.Actively work to develop the skills of direct reports, including cross-training for relevant branch processes.Empowered and Engaged • Customer-Centric • Powerful Brands and Services • Always Moving Forward • One-Team • Environmental Health & Safety
