Qualifications
3-5 years of UX experienceCollege degree or equivalentEfficient in creating wireframes, interaction flows and clickable prototypes for web and mobile experiences; Axure experienced highly desirableDemonstrated excellence in presentation skills, both spoken and written. Utilizes graphic design tools and PowerPoint to develop presentations and templates that tell a story about UX research and workExperience with user task analysis and personasFamiliar with information architecture techniques used to structure digital informationExperience planning, coordinating and conducting usability tests to ensure product’s ease of use (preferred, but not required)Demonstrated experience in working as a member of a geographically dispersed teamResponsibilities
Assists in development of UX enhancements to existing website and for future projects (web, mobile)Understands business and software requirements and projects and identifies user tasksAssists in designing and running usability tests using User Testing platformCreates wireframes, interaction models, clickable prototypesCreates PowerPoint presentations about UX activities and deliverablesAdditional Information
