$35-$47Required Skills:EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Current Colorado Nursing LicenseCurrent CPR, ACLS, and PALSGraduate of an accredited school of nursingMinimum 2 years experience in a hospital settingAbility to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the public.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity, and innovation.Excellent teaching skillsBasic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideologyAbility to care for patients from infancy to geriatricsStrong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patientUnderstands principles of aseptic technique and their implementationRequired Experience:*Experience working in an ASC is a plus.*Must be team-oriented and patient-focused.
