The role will support the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), US Coast Guard CANES variant Network Management System (NMS), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System-Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), and Platform Infrastructure Implementation and Design. System administration includes Red Hat Linux servers, VMWare ESXi/vSphere software, Cisco routers and switches, and Riverbed WAN Optimizers. Successful candidate(s) will work and collaborate in a multi-vendor environment with Industry Partners to load, configure, and troubleshoot system and software issues for our Government customers.Payband: $85,000 - $120,000 varies with experienceTravel up to 30%You Will:Analyze and Evaluate C5I USCG issues and provide direction and guidance with the following systems, including:

Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Afloat and AshoreConsolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES)Network Management System (NMS), a USCG SCI CANES variantSensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) NetworksCombined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System-Maritime (CENTRIXS-M)Platform Infrastructure Implementation and Design (IID)Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE Increment E & F)

Support and perform ADNS and NMS Readiness Assessments (RA)Support and perform ADNS and NMS System Operability Verification Tests (SOVT)Support and perform CENTRIXS-M installs and SOVTSupport and perform Platform IID installs and SOVTProvide oversight and direction for other C5ISR SMEs within USCG IPT scope of workWork with Government and Industry Partners on scheduling and planningPerform capture management on USCG C5ISR opportunities and discuss plan of actionSupport back fit and modernization efforts for ADNS and NMS upgradesWork closely with NIWC Atlantic Sustainment and Acquisition Government leads on requirements and schedulesYou Have:Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Security Clearance (TS)Ability to travel to USCG locations both ashore and afloatAbility to work with others in a highly collaborative environmentExpress ideas clearly and diplomaticallyWork efficiently and proactively without constant supervisionPossess passion for providing an excellent user experienceRelevant experience in a DoD or DHS environment is a plusBA/BS in Information Systems Technology OR AA/AS and five (5) years of IT Service Operations experienceMinimum five (5) years Microsoft Server installation and configuration experienceDoD 8570.01 IAT Level II standards, one of which must be CompTIA Security+Microsoft, VMWare, or Linux Operating System certificationPrevious Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) (Windows Server 2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019) is acceptedWe’d be impressed if you had:Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity; Microsoft 365; or Microsoft AzureCisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security), Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security), or Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
