Business Analyst

Analyze business process and practice in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiative;Collaborate on an on-going basis with the Programmer / Analysts;Apply analytical skills within functional area;Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns;Create deliverables such as functional and technical requirements, use case scenarios, and process flows;Assist in the execution / analysis of performance testing;Ensure product meets business and technical requirements as well as all company standards;Create training manuals and facilitate training for the system users;Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors, and stakeholders both technical and non-technical.Requirements:

Experience as a Technical Business Analyst (2+ years);Experience writing requirements, use cases, and process flow;Experience with development / implementation of Identity Access Management system (2-3 years);Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications

Highly skilled and ability to learn quickly and multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines are achieved;Has a strong continuous improvement mindset;Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to stay calm under pressure;Has a sense of urgency and is accountable;Ability to develop and document policies and procedures;Proficient in SharePoint and Excel skills;Experience with InfoPath is a plus;IT experience is a plus.
