We are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented E-commerce & Customer Experience Coordinator. Reporting to our DTC & Marketplaces Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing our online shopping experience.We are looking for someone who is dynamic, happy, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to find solutions to any problem.Responsibilities of the E-commerce & Customer Experience Specialist:

Customer Service:Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers across multiple channels (Zendesk, Shopify, Social Media, Amazon, Trustpilot etc) while working in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate initiative by consistently seeking opportunities to improve customer experience leveraging new technologiesCollaborate with the team to implement and manage a chatbotDevelop and implement innovative solutions to ensure an exceptional unboxing experience for customersRecord and track information within our customer service database ensuring data collection entries are accurate and completeWebsite optimization:Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accurate and appealing presentation of our offerings on our DTC channel and marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart etc.)Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvementAssist in conducting regular user experience tests and implementing necessary changes based on resultsEmail Marketing:Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns and automated flows using KlaviyoExecute SMS outreach campaigns through KlaviyoRequirements:Excellent oral and verbal communication skillse-Commerce experience required (1 year minimum)Experience with Shopify platform preferredImpeccable eye for detailLove for People and making them smile“Can Do” and positive attitudeProblem Solving and resourcefulWillingness to learn fastKnowing Zendesk is a plusAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on a timely basisLocation: In our new beautiful Coral Gables officePerks and benefits:Amazing company culture - we want to make every customer happy, so we want you to be happy first.
