A retail e-commerce store with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality products, they are expanding their team and seeking a dedicated E-commerce Listing Specialist with experience in Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).Write compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points to enhance product visibility and sales conversion.Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product rankings.Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including initiating returns, issuing return labels, and processing refunds or replacements.Communicate with customers to provide support and assistance throughout the returns process, ensuring a positive experience.Analyze RMA data to identify trends, product issues, or areas for improvement in the returns process.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform pricing, promotions, and product strategies.Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, return rates) and make data-driven recommendations.Qualifications:Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce listing management, preferably in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, etc.Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.Experience with RMA processes and familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company matching.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Join our Client's dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Client's e-commerce business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
