YesPosition Summary:
Incumbent provides technical support in the daily operations of the Systems Operations team, including integration and maintenance of infrastructure services.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in Enterprise Computing as a mid to senior level staff.Ability to work under minimal supervision on projects including configurations, installation, and maintenance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Demonstrated customer service skills appropriate to the job.Expert working knowledge of the Windows server operating system (Windows 2003 through Server 2012).Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.Ability to generate roadmaps to include SDLC.Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and WINS.Experience with enterprise file sharing services such as DFS, including design, management, and automation of tasks.Demonstrated experience with reporting services for storage capacity, user data, and growth.Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing Storage Area Networks (e.g. EMC, HP, IBM).VMware Certified Professional 5 or higher.Experience managing Distributed File Services (DFS), VMware services, Active Directory, CommVault Simpana backups, Orion monitoring, Exchange 2010, Lync 2013, DNS, DHCP, and basic SQL/Oracle administration.Experience with Allscripts and/or EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms.Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).Physical and Environmental Requirements:
