Should have a strong background in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, etc., along with experience in profiling tools like CA Wily Introscope/JProbe/JProfiler/JVisualVM. Also, they should have performance analysis and tuning background. Look for keywords like GC (garbage collection), memory leak, JMeter, heap dump, thread dump, etc., in the profile while filtering at your level. Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter & LoadRunner is required.Provide consulting services for building robust and scalable enterprise-scale software systems.Review and validate the architecture, design, and technology choices against NFRs.Review the deployment architecture & its environment and suggest changes.Fix architecture and design issues in the existing system to improve performance and scalability.Gather existing performance processes, practices, methodologies, and test strategies and suggest improvements.Devise a suitable strategy to improve application performance to achieve the NFRs defined for the application.Tune the application infrastructure to get optimum performance out of the given hardware and software configuration.Interact with different teams and stakeholders like development team, architect team, customers, and external consultants to provide recommendations and for any clarifications/issues.Analyze performance issues using log files, heap dumps, thread dumps, GC logs, AWR Reports, resource usage data, profiling snapshots, etc.Work with the development team in implementing the proposed solutions and solving performance issues.Establish best practices in terms of code and design with the development team.Thanks & RegardsASHOK KUMARSr. Lead / IT RecruiterParadigm InfotechCall: 443-640-0099
