Overview
Reporting to the President of the company, the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations leads and manages a team of Revenue Cycle Client Services Managers. The director is responsible for directing the overall operations, policies, objectives, and initiatives for OS Inc's revenue cycle activities to achieve operational goals and cash flow targets. The director will be responsible for organizing strategies to increase profitability and meet all financial objectives for the company.Education and/or Experience
AAHAM CRCP Certification or similar accredited certification.Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economics, health care administration, or a related field and directly relevant experience is required.10+ years of revenue cycle billing or claims experience in a healthcare or clearinghouse setting.Proficient in A/R functions across all payers and multiple client systems.Must possess sharp analytical abilities to identify trends, make recommendations, and edits.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and organize workload with little supervision.Must be able to communicate well with a wide variety of contacts at all levels of the organization.EOEJob Type: Full-time, Remote, In Office or Hybrid
