Desired Skills & ExperiencePreferred:
At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of ProcessesAt least 3 years of experience in Mainframe, RACF & ACF2 Migration SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deploymentExperience in z/OS Migrations/Upgrades and Creating SYSRES VolumeExpert knowledge of Mainframe CatalogsExpert Knowledge in SMPE and USERMODsExpert in Mainframe Storage, DFSMS, and Tape DevicesExpertise in WLM, RMF/SMFExpertise in SAS/MXG, Omegamon, CA MICS, and any other Performance ToolsAnalytical and Communication skillsPlanning and Coordination skillsExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualifications
Basic:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
