Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.Duties:Abstract medical record data and assign codes.Improve quality and accuracy of medical record documentation.Develop and update policy memoranda on documentation.Serve as technical expert in health record content.Perform reviews, analyze data, and recommend improvements.Develop and implement training programs for providers.Qualifications:Strong medical knowledge and coding skills.Familiarity with coding practices and guidelines.Ability to monitor regulatory requirements.Experience in assisting staff with documentation.Proficiency in using health record applications.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical skills for data interpretation.Ethical understanding of coding practices.
