The Litigation Associate Attorney will support the firm's litigation practice, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, trial preparation, and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and have at least 3+ years of litigation experience.Duties:
Drafting and arguing motionsTaking and defending depositionsTrial preparationConducting legal researchProviding legal analysis and strategyMaintaining communication with clients and other parties involved in casesCollaborating with partners and other team members on case strategyAssisting with all aspects of case managementRequirements:
Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school3+ years of litigation experienceExperience in general business litigation or complex commercial litigationExcellent academic credentialsStrong legal research, writing, and communication skillsDemonstrated ownership of projectsWillingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, with significant independenceAlaska State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity is highly preferredEducation & Certifications:
