Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration hearingsConduct legal research and analysis on casesDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsInterview clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in casesNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneysCommunicate with clients regularly to keep them informed of case status and progressAttend court appearances and depositionsQualifications:
Must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolMust be a member in good standing of the Michigan Bar or the prospect of getting one soonMust have a minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experienceMust have knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trialMust have knowledge and experience taking and defending depositionsMust have excellent research and writing abilitiesMust have exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
