Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Integrated Healthcare
Olesky Associates, Inc. has been in the placement/recruiting industry for three decades, offering an extensive array of services, ranging from physician placement to practice and hospital brokering.We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work in an outpatient facility that provides Primary and Integrated Behavioral Healthcare to patients with addiction and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.Responsibilities:Consult with Physicians regarding psychotropic medications for clinic patients.Provide medication assessments and monitoring of patients.Perform detailed intake assessments and create treatment plans.Provide follow-up care to patients in conjunction with Physicians, NPs, Nurses, and other clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team.Schedule:
