In-depth knowledge of Windows admin (7/8/10), MS Intune, AS, SCCM, AD, Outlook (2010/13/16), O365, and VPN6 to 10 years of experience with SCCM4 to 6 years of IT infrastructure functionWorking knowledge of Citrix, VMWare, and AzureHands-on experience building Windows 7 images on laptops and desktopsImplementation experience with Intune in Azure cloudImplementing Packaging, Deployment Infrastructure, Depot ServicesDomain Migration for laptops and desktopsOne Drive migration to cloudMicrosoft Office migration from 2010/2013 to 2016Technical knowledge and experience in management of large enterprise customers' end-user computingConfiguring hardware, applications, network connectivity, user access, mobile computingMonitoring and maintaining systemsCoordinating with vendors for hardware support for laptopsExperience with ServiceNow and ITIL processesEssential Duties for the Position Include, but are Not Limited to the Following:

Provide onsite support to Authorized Users with operational and technical support to meet specified SLAsResolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipmentPerform reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or problems and attempt to eliminate them from occurring in the futureSupport Authorized Users connecting or attempting to connect to the corporate network and assist in the coordination and completion of accessing LAN, print, and file servicesProvide repair and maintenance for mobile devicesInstall, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals)Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end usersProvide network printers and scanner network connectivity, including providing network support for device configuration, IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP outputProvide warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scannersConfigure and support end users on mobile computing platformsProvide VIP support for equipment including desktop devices, mobile devices, display screens, video systems, docking stations, communication devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, wireless networking, etc.Create, change, and remove printer configurations and queues based on requests and in accordance with SLAsProvide on-site hardware support for general troubleshooting and problems for end-user computing technologiesProvide regular, accurate, and timely feedback regarding customer requirements, supervising assignments and maintaining timely communication with sales, operations, and branch office personnelUtilize problem management database and systems to track and report on customer calls and requestsCommunicate technical information to technical and non-technical teams and customersDesk-side support services as requiredQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Additional Information
