Significant technical skills with IT infrastructure (Email, Network Security, Desktops, Firewall etc.) Expertise in Network security, PCI compliance, Firewall management Exposure to the restaurant industry (experience with a restaurant chain is a plus but not mandatory) Familiarity with restaurant applications such as (POSItouch, Avero, Ctuit, iControl) is a plus but not mandatory Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization Ability to advise on best practices and suggest management on technology needs
