Director of Patient Financial Services, BOM, hands-on Director needed for Arizona hospital.Will have overall responsibility over: Billing, collections, A/R, A/P, strong customer relations. Will support and mentor staff and follow the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment, and quality by providing administrative leadership and direction to the Business Office staff, who are responsible for accurate information gathering and timely billing and collections of accounts receivable; facilitates staff education and development.Please only candidates having general acute care experience as Director or Manager need apply.Required Qualifications:College degree BS or higher desired.5+ years of management level experience within the healthcare environment including coordinating and assigning work, managing performance, mentoring, training, and educating staff.5+ years of director level experience and knowledge in the areas of hospital revenue cycle, billing, collections, or accounts receivable management.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, providing excellent customer service.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with electronic spreadsheets and PC-based applications, including MS Excel & Word, working knowledge of ERP systems, including the use of Excel Add-Ins, and working knowledge of ad hoc reporting.Please email a resume for consideration.Qualifications
