The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst will be part of a complex, global, matrixed talent acquisition function with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Sourcing and Workday HR onboarding technologies, solid business analyst skills, and a strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes.Responsibilities include:Monitor and provide tier 2 support for Taleo and Sourcing production environmentsDocument business and system requirements in accordance with Medtronic IT policiesWork with the testers, developers, and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolutionEngage Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand processes and application needs; support the development of system strategies to accelerate growth and capability within the functionManage full-cycle complex global technical enhancementsCollaborate with IT colleagues to identify process improvementsCreate, enhance, and maintain global reports within the Oracle Business Intelligence moduleProblem solve systems issues, analyze data sets and work with testers, Oracle support, and 3rd party vendors on identifying and implementing solutionsQualifications

Must Haves:Experience in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and SourcingAbility to manage multiple tasksStrong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and proceduresEducation Required:
