Halfdays is an outdoor apparel brand for the modern woman with a mission to make outdoor sports more approachable, inclusive, and fun.This role is based out of our headquarters in Denver, CO; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive retention marketing strategies across email and SMS channels to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of all email and SMS marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle communications.Segment the customer database to deliver personalized and targeted marketing messages that resonate with different audience segments.Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and achieve key performance metrics.Launch and manage a customer loyalty/rewards program to incentivize repeat purchases and enhance customer engagement.Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless customer journey and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and implement innovative retention strategies.Manage and grow our email and SMS subscriber lists, with aggressive goals for list growth.Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and retention metrics to share with the management team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our retention marketing strategy innovative and competitive.Qualifications:

4-5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.Experience with Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools (e.g., Attentive, Postscript).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.At Halfdays, we know that outdoor enthusiasts come from all different backgrounds, and we are here to support them by having a diverse team.
