Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on email / SMS marketing, customer segmentation, list growth and increasing repeat purchase rates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to drive repeat purchases and customer engagement.
SMS Marketing:
• Build and optimize SMS campaigns to complement email marketing efforts, focusing on personalized messaging that drives conversions and engagement.
Loyalty Programs:
• Design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs that incentivize repeat purchases, increase customer lifetime value, and strengthen brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on key retention metrics, including customer churn, lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and the effectiveness of retention campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience in retention marketing & digital marketing• Proficiency with Klaviyo / Attentive or a similar email/SMS marketing platform• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• High level of organization and attention to detail
