Manage and oversee trust and estate administration matters, including probate and trust administration, conservatorships, and related civil litigation.Draft legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and court filings.Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide strategic advice to clients.Assist in trial preparation, including witness interviews, document organization, and exhibit preparation.Maintain client communication and ensure exceptional service and responsiveness.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in California.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trust and estate administration and litigation.Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage caseloads.Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000
