Awair is looking for a motivated, collaborative, and strategic Vice President of Sales to help continue our rapid sales growth and build the team to accelerate sales. You are highly motivated, have previous SAAS sales leadership experience, have the ability to build and grow a sales and account management team, and have an ability to effectively communicate and influence customers. You are excited to be a team leader of a rapidly growing company.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop the sales process, from inbound through account management to named accountsHire, train and mentor the sales teamDevelop and implement go-to-market strategy for all target customer segmentsIdentify channel partners by geographyJOB REQUIREMENTS8+ years of SAAS sales experienceDemonstrated experience in growing a company or new product line from less than $10M ARR to $50M or more3+ years of sales leadership experienceStrong customer service and teamwork skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple accounts while growing a teamDemonstrated data-driven focusAbility to work in the US without sponsorshipAbility to work in person in a San Francisco or Salt Lake City officePlease submit a resume.
