Urology Locums Job in Durango, Colorado September - December 24 Hour Call + Night Call

Dates of Coverage:
September 16 (8a) 23 (7a)
October 14 (8a) 21 (7a)
November 4 (8a) 11 (7a)
December 16 (8a) 23 (7a)
Site will need about 1 week per month ongoing
Night call (4p-7a) & 24 hour (7a-7a)

Job Requirements:
Board Certified Urology - required, will not accept BE candidates
Active Colorado license - required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Active BLS, DEA - required
Must be available for all or most (80%) of the September-December 2024 dates in job description to be considered - required
Must list # of shifts per month ongoing the provider is able to offer to the team - required
Malpractice - Site willing to accept 1 case up to $300k - Must have malpractice explanation from the provider to disclose.
Malpractice - Clean for urgent September shifts - required
Clean Background - required

Job Details:
One week per month ongoing
Monday-Friday - 8a-4p + 4p-7a (night call) & Saturday-Sunday - 24 hour call (7a-7a)
Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
OR time for various procedures
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
Reason for Coverage: Candidate submitted cancellation recently and team needs to backfill this provider
