A Snapshot of Your Day
The Manufacturing Integration Professional will be responsible for supervising the seamless integration of manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies for various products in Small Machining CoC. This role requires deep expertise in NX programming, process standardization, post processor assessment, tooling optimization, and program management. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in our manufacturing operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead the integration of CNC manufacturing processes and systems between onsite and offshore technical resources to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and continuous improvement, with a concentrated focus on tooling optimization.
  • Apply expert knowledge in NX modeling, programming, post processor assessment, and Vericut simulation to enhance manufacturing capabilities creating a common standard.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and IT, to align manufacturing integration efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze progress against defined targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing teams.
  • Manage programming coordination with onsite and offshore technical resources, ensuring alignment and collaboration across different machining centers.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent related experience; advanced degree is beneficial.
  • 8 or more years of experience in manufacturing operations in a machining environment, with a focus on process integration and optimization.
  • Proven track record of leading successful manufacturing integration projects utilizing offshore resources.
  • Expert knowledge in NX solid modeling, programming, and post processor assessment.
  • Knowledge of NX Post Configurator
  • Knowledge of Mastercam is a plus
  • Strong understanding tooling optimization and best practices.
  • Proven program management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, MES, and data analytics platforms.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
