The 363rd ISRW/365th ISRG/547th IS currently has an opening for a Mission Support Manager to work at Nellis AFB, NV. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command. The scope of this support is to provide executive mission support management in the areas of manpower, personnel, training, readiness, civil engineering, and task management functions. The contractor will adapt and apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to fit a wide range of variables for current and future operational policies and/or plans, develop new procedures that can furnish information concerning inadequacies in operational support and refines existing work methods and techniques or application to the analysis of specific issues or resolution of problems.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Utilize technical knowledge and experience to effectively communicate with commanders and other unit leadership at multiple locations.
  • Provide consultation and keep Senior Staff apprised of pertinent information involving all government facilities and projects.
  • Use time management and organization skills to contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple tasks with all levels of staff.
  • Utilizing program management tools to identify and track key program milestones across multiple programs including contract deliverables.
  • Provide updates on military and civilian personnel actions and support manpower and organization (MO) functions and administration.
  • Senior-level assessment of a variety of program metrics and providing reports to Program Managers to ensure support requirements and objectives are being met.
  • Perform organizational unit support and mission effectiveness assessment.
  • Provide task management for all tasks from higher headquarters and outside agencies.
  • Senior-level management of schedules across multiple programs to forecast staffing requirements.
  • Assisting Program Managers with shaping program management tools to meet program needs.
  • Interact with stakeholders to update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.
  • Participating in special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree and 10 + years of related military experience , preferably Air Force. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Candidates with a Masters and 8 + years of experience will also be considered,
  • Must have a current TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Knowledge of intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in collaborative work within the United States intelligence community and the United States Air Force.
  • Experience in Large Force Employment exercise operations (RED FLAG, Weapons School Integration, etc.).

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
