We seek a dedicated Account Manager with a passion for the biopharmaceutical market to help our customers succeed and make a positive impact on the world.Key Responsibilities:Generate and lead sales for assigned accounts, territories, or industries, including identifying and recruiting strategic partners.Promote and sell Agilent's products and solutions to new and existing customers, ensuring they are advised of the latest product introductions.Develop and implement lead generation strategies, ensuring customer happiness and encouraging long-term relationships with key customers.Proactively understand customer needs, determine solutions, and build business opportunities.Lead cross-functional projects, tackle problems, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.Validated experience, with the ability to work independently.Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and systems, particularly in the biopharmaceutical market.Hands-on experience with LC/MS and small and large molecule separation is helpful.Confirmed problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.At Agilent, you'll be part of a team that's committed to pushing the boundaries of science and making the world a better place.
