The pay range is $83,200.00 - $130,000.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. They are experts of operations, process, and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store.As Food & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader, your responsibilities include:Drive total store sales and demonstrate how your team contributes to total store profitability.Model guest service standards and manage your team to deliver a fresh, full, and food safe area during all operating hours.Lead and create a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.Drive a culture centered in food safety and ensure proper execution on all food safety standards.Develop a strategy and utilize workload planning tools to manage all scheduled workload.Manage Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas.Oversee Team Leader’s workload planning and vendor performance.Validate and maintain food in-stocks and follow-up on execution of business plans.Manage your team to uphold and maintain all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards (where applicable).Actively develop, coach, and train your team.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Lead and create a safety advocacy culture.Address store needs as required.All other duties based on business needs.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe might be a great match if:Working in a fun and energetic environment makes you excited.Providing service to our guests that makes them say I LOVE TARGET! excites you.Leading and developing teams who are stocking, setting, and selling Target products sounds like your thing.You enjoy a dynamic work environment, especially on weekends.Basic Qualifications:4-year degree or equivalent experience.Strong interest and knowledge of the food and beverage business.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong business acumen.Ability to manage conflict and lead others.Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks.Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays).Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Target will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
