For this role, we need candidates who have experience in Production Support related environments like ETL Suite and Control Monitoring.Responsibilities
Lead a team of support analysts to provide support and maintenance for clients' Ab Initio environments.Manage support tickets and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Develop and maintain support processes and procedures for Ab Initio environments.Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored support solutions.Coordinate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements to Ab Initio environments.Monitor Ab Initio environments for performance and stability, implementing optimizations as needed.Provide regular reports and updates to clients and management on support activities and performance.Stay up-to-date with Ab Initio technology trends and best practices.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of relevant experience in handling operations in Production Support.Proven experience in managing support teams for Ab Initio or similar ETL environments.Strong knowledge of Ab Initio ETL tools and technologies.Proficiency in Access Control, Ab Initio Authorization Gateway and User Management, Meta Data Hub (MDH) uploads, Unix (AIX), Linux, DB2, SQL, Unix Scripting, TOAD, SRTS.Substantial experience with UNIX systems.Experience with managing support tickets and escalations.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
