Real Estate Partner

A law firm in Baltimore is seeking a Real Estate Partner with experience in sophisticated real estate transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a portable business or ongoing relationships with real estate clients and hands-on experience with real estate development and finance, including structuring transactions, entity formation, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, and financing documents.Job Duties:Independently handle sophisticated real estate transactional matters.Manage the entire process of real estate development and finance.Structure transactions and review, draft, and negotiate various real estate documents.Work on multiple matters concurrently, demonstrating strong attention to detail.Negotiate effectively and advocate for clients while maintaining congenial relationships with opposing counsel, colleagues, and clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in Maryland.Experience working independently on real estate transactional matters.Portable business or ongoing relationships with real estate clients preferred.Hands-on experience with real estate development and finance.Excellent drafting and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple matters concurrently.Effective negotiation skills and ability to maintain congenial relationships.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to practice law in Maryland.Skills:Drafting and negotiation abilities.Organizational and time management skills.Client relationship management capabilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
