The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's intellectual property litigation practice by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and participating in all aspects of case management.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies and arguments.Assist in the preparation and management of complex intellectual property litigation cases from initiation to resolution.Work closely with the litigation group and experts from prosecution practice groups to build strong cases and provide exceptional representation for clients.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Active license as an attorney in a U.S. jurisdiction.Eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar or willing and eligible to sit for the D.C. Bar exam.3-5 years of experience practicing patent and/or IP litigation at another law firm.Strong foundation in intellectual property and patent law.Stellar academic credentials.Previous clerkship experience is especially desired.A USPTO registration number is desirable.Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and experts.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex cases.Demonstrated expertise in patent and intellectual property law.Job Location:
