IP Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Washington D.C. is seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a technical background, with a preference for an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.Duties:Represent clients in intellectual property litigation cases, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case preparation and strategy.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal counsel and guidance.Appear in court and attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Manage and maintain case files, documentation, and records.Requirements:1-5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with a focus on intellectual property litigation.Technical background strongly preferred.An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred.Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Washington D.C.).Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Washington D.C.
