A law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking an Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation, possess substantive knowledge of antitrust law, and demonstrate strong writing skills.Duties:

Represent clients in antitrust litigation matters, including mergers and acquisitions, price-fixing cases, and other antitrust-related disputes.Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in the firm to develop legal strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.Prepare for and participate in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Manage and maintain client relationships, keeping them informed about case developments and progress.Conduct legal due diligence and assist in the evaluation of potential antitrust issues in business transactions.Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington, DC or eligible for admission.Substantive knowledge of antitrust laws, regulations, and legal principles.Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines concurrently.Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Admission to the Washington, DC Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:
