Job Description
Business Management DirectorResponsibilities:Work directly with clients to manage their business functions and provide them with effective, efficient solutions.Financial reporting functions including monthly cash flows, contract analysis, and supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements.Prepare client meeting packages regarding financial projections, financial investments, contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters.Manage employees to ensure they are accomplishing objectives and meeting productivity standards.Interview and oversee the onboarding and training for new staff.Assist with tax projections and year-end.Recruit and meet with prospective clients.Qualification requirements:5+ years of business management experience within the entertainment industry and/or with high net worth clients.Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record for managing and maintaining strong client relationships.Excellent research and writing skills.CPA certification strongly preferred.Portable book of business highly desirable.Proficient in Excel, Word, DataFaction/AgilLink, and QuickBooks.
