This role is a cross-functional influencer who understands global routes-to-market and has proven experience in building plays and playbooks that will optimize Pure’s value proposition to our broad partner network.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide global strategic direction and act as a thought leader with primary responsibility for developing and executing innovative channel strategies to achieve business objectives.Create Partner/Channel Go to Market strategies and programs balancing Coverage, Capacity, Capability & Channel Profitability (4C’s).Develop new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing net-new business opportunities.Drive overall enablement of our Partners and enhance their potential for continuous growth opportunities for Pure.Understand market environment as it relates to Partners, Distributors and Alliances.Create and drive the overall strategy for Pure’s global partner ecosystem.Collaborate with Pure’s Business Units and Functions for building partner strategies.Work with key Pure channel and alliance partner marketing stakeholders to develop strategic marketing plans.Lead and direct partner managers to develop and drive the corporate strategic relationship.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurable metrics for all Partners.Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new or expanded partnerships.Optimize the performance of partnerships.Assist in setting financial targets and budgets.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...15 years of successful sales management within the Technology industry. Experience as a Partner leader a plus. 5 years of leading multi-dimensional GTM sales models. Proven track record of building and executing a channel sales strategy which accelerates growth.
