We are seeking a highly motivated associate to join our
Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group
in our
Los Angeles or San Francisco offices .Our team handles a significant number of high-stakes patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation matters. The IP Litigation attorneys at NP are experienced in litigating cases in many states, including key patent venues such as Texas, Delaware, California, Virginia, and Massachusetts. Nixon Peabody IP Practice .Job Requirements:The ideal candidate will have approximately three to five years of patent litigation and patent prosecution experience. Qualified candidates will have experience preparing invalidity and infringement contentions, discovery, pleadings and motions, working with technical experts, and assisting with depositions. Experience with inter partes review (IPR) proceedings is a plus. USPTO admission and undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required.Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, a commitment to excellence and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
